So, let’s get right into it!
Ucoin Cash Review – The Company
When you visit the company website, there is no available information on the owner or operators of the company.
After a little digging and some more research, it was revealed that the Ucoin Cash website domain was registered privately as “ucoincash.co” on the 5th of October in 2017.
The main sources of visitor traffic according to Alexa is estimated to be Vietnam and the USA, at 19% and 10% respectively.
It is also estimated that the company is being run out of Vietnam.
Ucoin Cash Reviews – The Products
Ucoin Cash doesn’t have any products or services for affiliates to purchase or sell.
But anyone looking to join as an affiliate can market the company affiliate membership.

Affiliates looking to take part in the company compensation plan are required to sign up and invest into the company.
Company affiliates must buy into UCH points at a rate of purchase of $6.63.
Affiliates are then expected to return their investment points back to the company as a loan with the agreement of a promoted ROI up to 40%, earned monthly.

The company uses a unilevel compensation model to pay out referral commissions to its affiliates.
The unilevel compensation model puts an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team that places any personally sponsored affiliate on level 1 right underneath the original affiliate.
When a level 1 affiliate sponsors new affiliates, they are then put onto level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
When a level 2 affiliate sponsors new affiliates, they are then placed onto level 3, and levels continue to be created like this down a hypothetical never ending amount of levels.
Payable unilevel levels are capped at Level 10, where commissions that are paid out will be done so as a percentage of capital (funds) invested among those 10 levels
- Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) – 6%
- Level 2 – 3%
- Level 3 – 2%
- Level 4 – 1%
- Levels 5 to 7 – 0.5%
- Level 8 – 0.3%
- Level 9 – 0.2%
Cost To Join Ucoin Cash
The cost to join Ucoin Cash as an affiliate is free, but affiliates with the free membership are only able to earn commissions on referrals.
If affiliates would like to fully participate in the company and Ucoin Cash MLM income opportunity, they must invest a minimum of $100.
Verdict on Ucoin Cash
So, we’ve reached the end of my review on Ucoin Cash, and I can say now that this company doesn’t seem to be 100% legit…
While this company talks about ROI earned, the question that arises is where this ROI payment is coming from?
It will be coming from the only source of revenue entering the company, which is affiliate investment.
This company uses newly invested funds from new affiliates to pay out ROI owed to pre-existing affiliates…
The UCH is another altcoin offered up by an internet company as a cryptocurrency, which in the end is worthless outside the company itself.
When sponsorship of new affiliates slows down, so will the money to pay out ROI.
When the company can no longer make ROI payments to its affiliates, the administrators will likely take off with what money they can.
My advice? Be careful with this company as you are likely to lose your investment…
